Pak provides evidence of indian ceasefire violation to UNMOGIP

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan handed over a dossier containing important evidence of Indian violations across the Line of Control to the United Nations Military Observer Group in India and Pakistan (UNMOGIP), according to the Foreign Office, on Sunday.
Members of the UNMOGIP met with senior officials at the General Headquarters (GHQ). The UNMOGIP were provided with a dossier by the Pakistani team which contained evidence of Indian violations across the Line of Control.
Foreign Office spokesperson Nafees Zakaria said that Pakistan had requested the UNMOGIP to take action against frequent Indian ceasefire violations across the Line of Control.
Tensions between India and Pakistan have reached an all-time high, considering Pakistan Navy fleet unit chased away an Indian submarine which was attempting to sneak into Pakistani waters on Friday. On Saturday, Pakistan shot down an Indian drone which had infiltrated its territory.
India has constantly been violating the ceasefire agreement between the two countries and resorting to unprovoked since the past couple of months. This has resulted in the martyrdom of Pakistani soldiers and civilians. Pakistani forces have been responding to Indian aggression in equal measure, targeting Indian posts effectively.
